If we have not shipped your package from our premises, you can make changes to your order. But if the order is processed and shipped from our premises, we won’t be able to cancel or be able to make any changes to your order or process any refunds.
Exchange, Return and Refund Policy ( Domestic and International Orders):
All our textiles goes through stringent quality checks. We therefore do not accept any returns or exchanges.
However on an exception basis (Domestic Orders only) and as a goodwill gesture, we would be glad to address any concern of our esteemed customers.
- Please drop us an email at hello@rutambhara.comwithin 2 days from the receipt of the package citing the reason for the return and please send the package back to us as soon as you receive an acknowledgement from our end. Your reason for return will help us to fix if there are any gaps from our side. Make sure that the original product tag and product packing is intact when you send us the product back at following address :

On receiving the returned package, we will be issuing the credit note for the product value returned ( Kindly note no exchange would be possible on International orders). Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
- If the returned products have been used, altered or damaged in any way before reaching Rutambhara office, refunds will not be available. The refund will be solely at the discretion of Rutambhara Enterprises (the company of the Rutambhara brand).
- Cancellations/Returns will not be available on custom orders.( eg – Sarees where fall and pico have been done)
- Kindly ensure that original packing is used while returning the item.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will not qualify for refund
- For international orders, if the package or the product needs to be returned then the customer has to bear the shipping charges and or any custom duties and freight charges applicable.
- Also in case of International orders, cancellation will be possible only if the order has not left our premises and refund would be provided after deducting the relevant transaction fee charges levied by our payment payment which would be upto 5 % of the total invoice value.
- Import / Custom duty for International orders has to be borne by the customer within 2 days of arrival in your country/location. And if the same if not paid by the customer, the product would be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund for such orders, will not be provided by the company.
- Incorrect Shipping address provided by Client for International orders, for reinitiating the change , charges would have to be borne by the customer.
- Items brought during the SALE period availing the sale discount are strictly not eligible for return.
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the packageand return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9529785912 or email us at hello@rutambhara.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost subject to availability or else we will refund the entire amount to you. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
