Handwoven cotton dupattas for everyday wear

Our cotton dupattas are the ones that get worn most. Breathable, light and easy to wash, they carry a plain kurta through an ordinary day in a way a heavy silk never will.

The edit is small and deliberately mixed: several fine Jamdani pieces with hand-floated motifs, alongside Ajrakh and Sambalpuri work. Each product page names the craft and the weave, so you can see exactly what you are choosing.

Because these are woven by hand, slight irregularities in the weave and small colour shifts between pieces are normal. They are the signature of a handloom, not a flaw.

Cotton Dupattas — frequently asked questions

Are cotton dupattas suitable for daily wear?

Yes — that is what they are for. Handloom cotton is breathable, easy to wash and gets softer with use.

Which crafts are in this collection?

Mostly Jamdani, with Ajrakh and Sambalpuri pieces alongside. The craft is named on each product page.

How do I care for handloom cotton?

Gentle cold hand wash separately for the first few washes, dry in shade, and press on the reverse. Handloom cotton softens with every wash.
