Rutambhara.com  is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We request you to kindly take note of the following terms with respect to our shipping and delivery policy :

• We ship throughout the week, except on weekends & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner and in good condition,, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post Speed post.
• Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. Any extra Octroi charges applicable to your state, should be borne by the client themselves.
• We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
• Orders are dispatched within 2/4 working days from the time of placing the order. For major cities, most orders are delivered within 4/6 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
• Our delivery timeline is 4 – 8 working days for deliveries within India.
• All deliveries within India are free of shipping cost.
• If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the packageand return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9529785912 or email us at hello@rutambhara.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost subject to availability or else your money will be refunded. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

We deliver worldwide. You can order online directly through our website for delivery to your country.

In the event you are unable to find your country in our delivery list, kindly drop an email to hello@rutambhara.com with the SKUIDs of products you are interested in ordering with your address and contact details.  We will get back to you with the total amount including the shipping charges based on the weight of your products. Also we will send you a payment request through which you can pay.

• While ordering online, Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of the products that is added to your cart. Also if any custom duties
• All deliveries outside India shall be free of shipping cost for orders exceeding INR 25,000.
• Express Delivery options available at additional cost. Email sales@rutambhara.com for details with shipping address.
• Order will be shipped within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the payment.
• We ship through reputed logistics partners like Blue Dart, DHL and India Speed Post based on the country to which the product needs to be delivered.
• Import / Custom duty for International orders has to be borne by the customer within 2 days of arrival in your country/location. And if the same if not paid by the customer, the product would be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund for such orders, will not be provided by the company.
• Incorrect Shipping address provided by Client for International orders, for reinitiating the change , charges would have to be borne by the customer.
