Handcrafted silk-cotton dupattas: Ajrakh, Ikat and Bandhej
A silk-cotton dupatta gives you some of the lustre of silk with the breathability of cotton. It is the most versatile cloth in the range, easy for a workday and still smart enough for a dinner.
Most of this edit is Ajrakh, block printed by hand on Mangalgiri and Chanderi bases, in rust, indigo, black and beige. Alongside it are Chanderi pieces tie-dyed in Rai Bandhej, some combined with Ajrakh, the Bhadra Ikat weaves in teal, emerald and grey, and hand-painted Kalamkari and Pichwai prints.
Because these are woven by hand, slight irregularities in the weave and small colour shifts between pieces are normal. They are the signature of a handloom, not a flaw.
