Our products are a curation of finest handcrafted and handwoven treasures coming from the select few artisans, weavers of India and premium textile houses. In case you wish to pre-order any of our products, we would be more than happy to facilitate the same under below terms and conditions.

• Kindly connect with our team to inquire on remake of any products.
• All orders will be handled as first in first serve basis and against 100  percent advance payment.
• Cancellation request will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only.
• No returns/exchanges would be facilitated on pre-orders. All are artisans and weavers have gone through stringent quality checks and we thoroughly trust and respect their craftmanship.
• If we receive pre-orders for a particular design beyond the current crafting capacity – revised timelines would be communicated.
• If we dont receive enough orders for a particular design then that design will not be taken up for crafting. We would need atleast a minimum of 3 bulk saree orders of same colour, design and pattern or atleast 1 than order for each colour and design in case of yardages.
• At any point in time due to any difficulty in weaving or issues from artisan side, preorder can be cancelled for a design in which case order amount will be refunded back.
• All pre-orders would be dispatched only after stringent quality checks and scrutiny by our team.
