What is Rutambhara's return and cancellation policy?

We accept returns within 2 days of receiving your order, on a goodwill basis. Items must be unused with original tags and packaging intact. Sale items and custom-tailored orders are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email hello@rutambhara.com within 2 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 10–12 working days after approval.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Import duties and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid within 2 days of arrival. International orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and freight charges for international returns are borne by the customer.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at hello@rutambhara.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
