However, if at all you feel the need for sending return or exchange, request should be emailed to hello@rutambhara.com The original invoice must be produced at the time of request for return or exchange. The Company reserves the right to decide if the product is in the condition for exchange and such decision of company shall be final and binding. All Discounted/Sale/Custom made items cannot be exchanged.
