Meitei - Handwoven Aqua Green natural dyed dupatta with Extra weft motifs.
Weaving of this dupatta is done meticulously and painstakingly by the women of north east. This uber luxurious dupatta is paired tradiotionally with skirts and is a quinessential part of the womens wardrobe. This elegant and delicate silk fabric is woven using Jamdani technique of extra weft motifs with temple border.
Inspiration for motifs and the base colour are mostly taken from the surrounding flora in the region. It takes 2 skilled women weavers to weave this traditional phee. Pair this dupatta with luxourious Organza suit and create a rich and elegant look.
