RBTAMAKDM1325
Crafted in the ancient Tangaliya tradition of Gujarat, this two-piece suit set carries forward a weaving practice that has endured for over 700 years, quietly preserved by the Dangasiya community. Known as Tangaliya or Dana weave, each motif is not printed but thoughtfully created by lifting threads and twisting extra weft yarns into the fabric — forming tiny bead-like dots that gently surface across the weave.
The kurta, in a deep dusk-plum base, carries these intricate dotted motifs with quiet intensity, while the indigo dupatta introduces contrast and character, highlighted with multicolour selvedge stripes and subtle woven details.
Light, breathable, and texturally rich, this is a textile that feels bold yet grounded — where tradition meets a more expressive design language.
Pair it with silver or oxidised jewellery and keep the silhouette minimal — let the weave do the talking.
